Roam is committed to creating a global decentralized WiFi roaming network that aims to provide enterprise-class WiFi security services that support seamless access to OpenRoaming™ and self-built WiFi nodes worldwide. Roam is the only Web3 IDP project party among the 11 enterprise alliances of the WBA OpenRoaming Project. As of September 2024, Roam has more than 3.5 million OpenRoaming available WiFi hotspots in more than 190 countries around the world and supports more than 580,000 WiFi network self-built nodes.

Roam has launched the Pilot Burn Pool. Depending on users’ different participation methods, Roam has introduced three types of burn pools: the General Pool, the Miner Pool and the Sticker Pool. The $ROAM tokens generated by burning Roam Points can be claimed after the Token Generation Event (TGE). Currently, users can obtain Roam Points by sharing WiFi nodes, daily check – ins, purchasing mining machines, inviting friends or participating in community activities.
