At the beginning of last month, Bases hackathon OnchAIn Summer Buildathon, which is dedicated to bringing the world to the chain, came to an end. Zap by Paycrest : Allows users to seamlessly convert their stablecoin (USDC) into local fiat currency for common purchases and payments. This hackathon focuses on the Nigerian Naira (NGN). Zap works as follows: users create orders through the Zap interface, the Paycrest protocol aggregator indexes the orders and assigns them to one or more supply nodes run by liquidity providers, and the supply nodes automatically pay the funds to the recipients local bank account or mobile wallet through a connection with a payment service provider (PSP).

TokeMail : simplifies cryptocurrency onboarding by allowing users to gift any Base token to a friend using just their friend’s email address.

HALP : HALP allows users to create and host wallets.json files, ensuring fast, transparent and verifiable donations. By integrating with Endaoment, HALP simplifies tax regulations and reduces the burden on nonprofit organizations.

Bando : Enables users to send Mexican pesos via local wire transfers (instant settlement between fiat banks) and receive ETH, USDC, and other assets on Base. Bando also plans to build a non-custodial wallet using account abstraction to enable use cases around savings and investments.

Specifically, users set up a step competition and set an entry fee.
