What is this? In short, this is a brand new experiment to explore the autonomy of AI agents and pre-sale mechanisms. My goal is to make the token issuance field more fair and transparent and reduce malicious behavior. If you don’t have time to read it, here are the highlights:

We want to create a provably fair mechanism where there are no insiders and anyone can send SOL to participate. And I will also invest funds myself. We have reserved 10% of the token supply, but the details of its use will be explained below.

Key points (TL;DR): Through the AI pre-sale mechanism, the runaway problem can be avoided and the entire process can be made transparent and visible.

Background:

The current token issuance environment on the PumpFun platform is very bad, with the following problems:

  • TGE Buying Bot: Buy tokens when they are generated.

  • Trend Robot: Buy when the token trading volume is abnormal.

  • Pre-migration buy bot: buy tokens when they migrate from PumpFun to Raydium.

  • Post-migration rush purchase robot: rush purchase immediately after the migration is completed.

  • Comment bots: Disguised as real user comments.

  • Volume manipulation bots: Artificially creating volume to get a token to the top of the trending list.

These issues complicate the distribution environment, and the above problems are not just the responsibility of the platform.

Therefore, pre-sales become a solution. Daos.fun introduced a whitelist and pre-sale model, which is a good solution, but still requires a lot of trust (and time). You need to trust the recipient of the pre-sale funds, and most of the time the following problems will occur:

  • They simply took the money away.

  • The funds were not used for the purposes for which they were promised (e.g., to increase liquidity).

  • The launch of the project was delayed for a long time (it took a long time to go online).

These issues are very common in pre-sales (like ICOs). Pre-sales can be a great way to start a new business if done right.

Since humans can’t legally issue tokens… can AI agents? That’s where AI agents come in!

Phala Network, other developers and I are working together on the same AI agent that can do the following:

  • Hold a secure wallet through a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE).

  • Donations accepted.

  • Start token issuance.

  • Create a liquidity pool.

  • Distribute tokens to pre-sale participants.

TEE (Trusted Execution Environment) is a secure area within the processor that protects data and code (such as the private keys of an AI wallet) from tampering or unauthorized access.

Operation mechanism:

  • You send SOL to the AI wallet address (minimum 1 SOL, maximum 10 SOL, less than 1 SOL is considered a donation). Wallet address: opRyDjuRetWnsP 78 FNFTPEnAJX 7 AkjuD 6 GTP 7 tsqHXd (interested readers can check the real-time balance of the address on Solscan)

  • The AI agent will collect the pre-sale funds and create a liquidity pool through Metoria (not PumpFun). It will own the liquidity pool and transfer the fees in the pool directly to the AIs wallet.

  • AI will distribute tokens to qualified participants according to the pre-sale rules.

  • Collect some of the funds for future projects and experiments.

So, how do you know I won’t “run away”? And how do we solve the “run away” and “insider” problems?

First, this is an AI agent, and it can be proven that its private keys are stored in a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) created by @PhalaNetwork. This means that neither I nor the developers have access to these private keys. You can verify this through the terminal logs.

Additionally, there is no insider problem because this is a public wallet and all transactions can be tracked, and no one person can get a better price than others. You can clearly see the funds coming in and going out. In the first version, we will send 10% of the token supply to a disclosed escrow wallet, and you can see exactly what these funds are used for.

But it should be noted that this is a brand new technology and there are risks! Don’t participate blindly!

As with most crypto projects, there are many risks here.

This is the V1 version, which is mainly used for actual combat testing of the technology and trial running of some issues that cannot be verified in a non-public environment.

In the V1 version, 10% of the token supply will be sent to a custodial wallet that is public and transparent and can be viewed by anyone. These funds may be used for future exchange listings, other feature integrations (such as cross-chain liquidity pools for tokens), or directly destroyed.

In addition, the V1 version is not completely runaway proof. Technically, developers can push code to change the rules, but this process takes about 24 hours. Of course, once the token is online and locked, the rules cannot be changed.

All this suggests that while this is an exciting innovation, participants need to fully understand the potential risks.

How do we make money?

A small fee is charged mainly through the Metoria liquidity pool. To be honest, the specific proportion of the fee has not yet been determined and may be adjusted according to the trading volume. But what is certain is that this fee is much lower than the fee charged by the PumpFun platform, and most of the proceeds will flow back to the wallet of the AI agent.

One of the reasons for setting a fee is as a security measure to prevent funds from being locked in the AI agent’s wallet.

Looking ahead, in V2 and subsequent versions, we plan to make AI agents fully autonomous and even integrate them into DAO governance. In this way, the fees will benefit all participants, and whitelist technology and blacklist mechanisms for snap-ups or malicious operations will be added to ensure the fairness of the rules.
