Odaily Planet Daily News According to market news, the Chicago Board Options Échange (CBOE) announced today that it plans to launch the first batch of cash-settled index options related to the spot price of Bitcoin starting on December 2 (Monday). These options will be listed and traded exclusively on the CME Options Exchange, regulated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and based on the new CME Bitcoin US Exchange Traded Open-End Index Fund (ETF) Index. Rob Hocking, Global Head of Product Innovation at CME, said: Our new series of options based on the CME Bitcoin US ETF Index provides traders with a timely and attractive solution for efficient involvement in Bitcoin spot. We expect that the unique advantages of cash settlement, coupled with the launch of a variety of index-sized options and flexible options, will provide customers with more flexibility in commerce strategies. Our index options offer a unique value proposition, which we believe will be attractive to both institutional participants and retail traders who want to profit from or hedge against Bitcoin price fluctuations without directly holding the asset.  

Movement Network Foundation announces MoveDrop airdrop plan. Users must complete registration before 22:00 on December 2

According to Odaily Planet Daily, the Movement Network Foundation announced the MoveDrop airdrop plan, which aims to reward early users and community members of Movement. MoveDrop will allocate 1,000,000,000 $MOVE (10% of the total supply) to the community. Eligible users include: Road to Parthenon participants, Battle of Olympus winners, Gmovers, designated communities, and Movement testnet builders.

Users can visit the MoveDrop website and register until 2:00 PM UTC (22:00 Beijing time) on December 2, 2024. After the TGE (coming soon), you can check your MoveDrop eligibility and claim the airdrop. Failure to register on time will result in loss of MoveDrop eligibility.

Ripple is expected to obtain approval from the New York Department of Financial Services to issue the stablecoin RLUSD, which may be launched on December 4

Odaily Planet Daily reported that according to FOX Business, New York’s top cryptocurrency regulator – the New York Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) – is about to approve a new stablecoin RLUSD issued by cross-border payment company Ripple.

The New York Department of Financial Services has told Ripple it will approve the product, which the company plans to launch on Dec. 4, people familiar with the matter said.

If approved, Ripple will be able to legally offer RLUSD to the public, making it a major player in New York’s regulated digital financial markets and the broader stablecoin ecosystem. The move will also put Ripple in direct competition with other well-known U.S. stablecoin issuers such as Circle, Paxos, and Gemini.  

Clanker has completed its first contract upgrade and will start claiming user profits on December 4
